We informed you that we were open Mon-Fri, what our hours of operation are, and that we would need 48 hours to get the part ready. You tried sending someone while we were closed on Saturday, then you sent a carrier to pick the item up for you. We explained to them and you that this had to had to be picked up by the person who ordered it. It cannot be shipped.

Order was turned over to owner who promptly made a call and took care of what could have been an unfortunate situation.
