Some letters and numbers did not work. I opened up a blank notepad and tried typing every character and several simply did not register at all. A laptop's keyboard is probably the most important thing that needs to work! How was this "tested" and still shipped out clearly defective? Hopefully this seller will be more diligent in the future about testing the most obvious functions.
