Contacted the seller who took responsibility and we worked out a fair compromise. Also assured me that any future packing will be done correctly to avoid such issues. I could have returned for a full refund or keep it with some compensation. I chose the latter. Very reasonable and fair seller. Would buy from them again. Great microscope, if it wasn't damaged in transit.

Upon receiving the unit, we noticed a few issues with it and TradingPost worked with use to resolve the issues.
