I think a seller is not truly known until there is a problem.... this seller has proven to be one of integrity. Would confidently buy from again. Thanks!

After just one email from us to the company regarding this another item was sent straight out with an apology. So from us it’s excellent service and would highly recommend this company and we will use them again no problem. My item turned up with many pieces broken and ebay only wanted to send my a returns label HOWEVER I went to the sellers who responded quickly, were very polite and helpful and wanted to fix the issues. They were going to send out replacement parts but after seeing how many pieces were broken they thought it was best to send a brand new 1 out which arrived the next day! Will buy again!
