When questioning the condition of a clock, specifically mage/bad repairs to the wood case, because there appeared to be a problem area,I was told it was absolutely 'pristine'. Upon arrival, the case certainly did NOT measure up... it had veneer loss & the door was badly loose which as the cause. Upon notifying the 'dishonest' seller, of course, he blamed it on shippers. Buyer is leaving a negative review since I reported him for using vulgar language & language disparaging to women. I believe he is leaving a bad review in retribution. I wrapped the clock as the purchaser requested: double box, bubble wrap inside & cardboard over top - the clock arrived unbroken -including large glass face & tablet & fragile filial. A small piece of veneer came off during shipping so he blasted me w/vulgar language
