He offers priority USPS and sent the item by Ground Shipping so the item took almost a month to arrived. After couple messages he offers me a full refund including shipping cost (prove of itin pictures). All attempts by us to make this mistake better were rejected. Messages from Buyer consisted of complaints and nonconstructive comments. We proactively cut off communication with the Buyer and relied on eBay's dispute system/process to rectify the situation.
