I reached out to the seller and they were able to redirect it in the middle of transit to be sent back to them, and then they refunded me. Customer support was great through out this process.

It actually holds up in the wind pretty good as long as you tie it down with the supplied rope zippers worked really good on it. Velcro works really good on it. Easy to put up easy to take down. I would recommend if you’re looking for this kind of a pop-up gazebo
