- *****- Bewertung vom Käufer.Letzte 6 MonateBestätigter KaufPurchased a helmet, received wrong color. Two weeks of back and forth emails and pictures of wrong item, they blamed their supplier. Another week later they sent me an RMA without explanation. After prompting from me, they indicated I should send the wrong item back and repurchase the correct item for almost $50 more than the original purchase. I have expressed if the correct item is available, they should send it with an RMA. They seem to ignore good faith already put forth by customer.

Helmet came a few days late and delivered by fed ex . Seller messages me that Helmet is coming from Janesville wisconsin ( which is why I ordered from as I live about 100 or so miles from there ) but it was sent from Texas. They need to get that part straight . I'll give positive rep. This time but not the next .

I ordered "light smoke" which is not as dark as it appears in the picture, and is really just barely tinted. The shield came with a disclaimer that says it is not homogulated, only recommended for use in Europe. If I were doing this again, I would definitely order something darker.
