They sell inventory that they don't have and then try to appease you with a substitute that isn't even equal to what you have already purchased. They use a shipper that you have never heard of and then try to say something was delivered that you never received. Tracking prior to delivery is non-existant.

I purchased a 6 foot security chain from them and got ripped off. I received a 2 foot chain cross shipped from Amazon and was told they would set up a return. They never did and now they stopped responding to my messages.
