Shipping/tracking label sat unused for quite a few days before USPS actually received item. I purchased a fragile item, and it was packaged well enough in a recycled box though. Item looks just as the photos showed and pricing was among the lowest I found when searching all the usual places for specific discontinued pottery barn items.
