I reached out to seller to let her know this was a gift and I requested a refund. She instead apologized and said she would send me the lipstick box. I received a random box for a different lipstick. And before I received it, she asked me to close my request which I did not realizing what that meant. I trusted her to correct her wrong and she deceived me. Shame on her. Never will I purchase from her again.

So very inappropriate and a seller who won’t take a minute to respond. Caution for everyone.
