I had to keep rebooting the device to reconnect which was strange since this was a "new device". I shipped the phone back and now they are claiming it had scratches on the frame which is insane because prior to me even using the phone I put the case on it. I had this phone for less than 30 days and they decided to deduct from my refund due to a scratch that I didnt even put there.
