It was well packaged although some damaged had occurred to the 13A plug, but it obviously happened at the manufacturers because the box it came in was in good condition. I contacted the seller regarding this issue and was given a polite and very quick response. The person I spoke to was called Jack and he was extremely helpful, and the problem was resolved efficiently. I would reccomend Avenhaz as an excellent seller to deal. Thank you Jack.
