The goods arrived and I thought the shortbread biscuits would be in a tin for offering as presents but were packaged in a cardboard box. The box is 400 g weight and cost £4.50 a box, I will buy future shortbread biscuits at M&S 650 g at £7.50 in a proper tin presentation. The listing clearly stated before purchase that we were away until 9 Aug 2025 and that delivery would be delayed. The product description did not state the biscuits would be in a tin, and the packaging was exactly as supplied by the manufacturer. We also offered to cancel your order and issue a full refund before dispatch, but you chose to proceed. It is not our fault if the description was not read and a purchase was made based only on photos and assumptions.
