Then I got a tracking number with a notice that my package had been “delivered”. I contacted UPS and confirmed it was delivered to the wrong address. I notified eBay and tried to work it out with the seller. At first seller said I’d receive a refund but then ghosted me. eBay would not help me because the tracking info says the package is delivered. I’m out $300+ and nothing to show for it.
