The vacuum arrived with a dirty bag and an awful smell and had operational issues when the listing described it as fully operational runs great, which was misleading because it does not, and now it has to be taken in for repair before it can be used. After reading comments this isn’t the first time the seller sent a vacuum in this shape. Shipping was slow. Small tear in cord which wasn’t noted in description. Overall not a great experience at all. No wonder returns aren’t allowed. Stay away from buying vacuum from this seller.
