Shipping was fast considering it was shipped from the states to Canada. Came before it was supposed to so that’s great! The value was perfect. Due to it being a discounted mug I was happy with what I paid. The one I bought in 2019 broke and so I was happy to find a replacement. Would buy from this seller again.

Their response was dismissive and when I expressed i didn't have time to return it they told me we'll thats the only way to receive a refund even thought they sold me a item that wasn't as described. Unprofessional, dismissive, and no respect for their customers time. I'd avoid them.
