The first order i made didn’t end up arriving it never moved from having its label created. Once i messaged him about the issue, as clearly the item wasn’t going to be delivered from courier error. he immediately offered a refund or to reship the item. i had the item reshipped, and asked for fast shipping since my vehicle wouldn’t run without the part. The second order arrived in three days and works perfectly! AAA++
