It runs smoothly, can hardly see the scratches from use, and the storage is wonderful. Its looks brand new. The packaging shows the seller really cares about sending the product in working condition as well as keep it protected from any damage during transit. 10/10 would recommend buying from this person. While it did come uncharged, that wasn't a big issue for me.

The only functional issue was a very small piece of plastic that had somehow found its way under the right analog stick, causing it to get stuck. Once I got the piece of plastic out, the pro controller was essentially in pristine order. Well worth the purchase!
