Perhaps a plastic wrapping would be a good idea when mailing directly in the box in the future? Anyway, not a big deal to me. The slow cooker appears new as advertised and it works well, even though I only tested it by heating up water so far. Fair price and shipped fast. Good seller. Thank you!
