The part was delivered on time ( actually 3 days early) and meticulously packaged to insure no damage to the part. Installed the same day we received and the washer is working great. Thankfully my son is very adept at soldering on control boards. Thank you Ben’s appliance for making this part available. 5 stars!!!!

Nothing discussed how to install, orientation, how to remove it. Also the same seller is selling much cheaper on Amazon! Very high shipping on Ben’s eBay store. With tax and shipping it was $34! The parts fixed the leak in the bottom of the door sides. I received the package in less than 5 days. I would purchase parts from this vendor again.

Ben's Appliances is reliable and communicated with me quickly when I had questions before purchasing. I am saving this vendor and will buy again when I need what they have. I am thankful there are businesses like these that procure and list these parts with detailed information. Ben's Appliances allows us to repair American made products that last for years with a little upkeep. The parts are genuine Maytag still in the original packaging. The items were as described, arrived quickly and were packaged very well so not to get damaged.
