I wanted a refund on an ignition switch but my time limit to send it back was expired. as soon as I got into contact with them they sent me a message on ebay saying they were going to do their best to help me. He offered me $60 in partial refund even though I told him they were $120 so he basically partially refunded me 1/2 which I took to end this transaction with this company for good. My honest opinion is, false advertisement, parts come in terrible shape and missing. I still will not ever shop here again regardless of my partial refund that I still have to spend more to buy what I need that was supposed to be included.
