Thankfully they survived although damp since they were wrapped in a plastic sleeve. I didn't ask for a refund. I didn't expect one. I suggested she use a plastic mailer with cardboard inside in the future. She sent me a 20$ refund as a kindness, which I appreciated. The kindness mattered most. We need more of that in this world. Thank you Lori :)
