When contacted, the seller responded promptly and respectfully, understanding of my frustrations. When I received the product, it was packaged in its original box, exactly as stated in the product description. The delays caused could've been avoided by a more expensive shipping method, so if you're hoping for quick shipping, do *not* use FedEx Smartpost/Ground. They has great packing as at first I thought they shipped me the wrong item as the carton showed a desktop case. What had happened was they packed the PC that was in its own sealed carton, was then put in another box to protect it further.

She is packaged and built just as described in the sellers description! I think it was a deal because the seller sold it to me for only $379.99 (outstanding for such build!) shipping on the other hand was quite slow… It took the full 7 days to arrive but, I will give it to fedex because it was 4th of July!Fractal Design Gaming PC Intel Core i3-13100F 3.4GHz 32GB RAM 500GB SSD GTX1650 (Nr. 326665564719)
