They are presently refusing to provide refund for a ceramic collectors item that I paid €500+ for. They are blaming it on couriers for breaking it but their protective wrapping was clearly is the issue. Mistakes happen, and hopefully they will work to refund this money - if they don’t I will update this forum as I would presently be very wary about using their service.
