He was very communitive and we were able to get that order canceled and credited and the new order with the correct shipping address resolved within a half an hour. The product shipped and arrived promptly and as promised. The item was exactly as described in the listing. I highly recommend this seller!

Seller found cracks/chips, did not ship the VHS tape, sent a message, and refunded the purchase amount. Thanks seller. 5 stars!
