The seller tests these items before shipping and proper care is taken to package the items safely. I had some mishaps with some of the cords that came in the bundle, but as these are new, unopened items, I just happened to get unlucky, not the seller's fault at all. The seller was extremely polite via message and sent working cords my way when I asked about the issues I was facing. Thanks a bunch, my dad will love this for Christmas!
