Tbh I'd given up hope of them ever arriving, and feared that the seller's (responsive but not proactive) messages and broken promises were just flannel, carrying me along for a ride. Items clearly not stocked, thought I was going to have to ask for a refund, BUT: they did arrive, well packed, good quality, and I got them at a very good price. So I'd buy again but expect long delays.

Great communications with seller who tried their best to resolve error. Supplier couldn't get the replacement out in time so refund quickly issues with no problem and sincere apologies from seller.
