Upon arrival the envelope it was in was in no way beat up as it seemed to be a normal packaging. Opened it. Was very well packaged but there was a dent on the back of the card. I inspected the penny sleeve and there were no visible dings on it. Contacted seller and from my take they were acting like human error when packaging it was impossible. Partial refund offered. I just want my Greninja.
