The buttons are easy to push, and the watch screen is clear and easy to see. The color support of the screen is monochrome, and the resolution of the screen on this watch is 56 x 31. With a quick read of the included information, it is easy to get started using this watch for sports and different physical activity options. It is wireless, so there are no wires to worry about attaching. Easily navigate the scroll menus, and keep track of your personal workout history to remember things like stats associated with indoor cycling, running, or riding a bike. The strap is made of nylon and fits comfortably on the chest. Connect this fitness watch to a computer, and use the Garmin Connect website to track training records. A Bluetooth device comes with this watch so that it is fully wireless. The software is free for this website and very easy to download. To upload data from the Garmin FR70 to a computer, simply put the watch close to it; this triggers the syncing of this non-GPS device with the computer.
