I reached out as I placed order and very kindly begged of her to ship sooner than later so my son could have them on the first day of basketball practice. She didn’t take the time to even acknowledge my message much less reply. They arrived 10days later tossed loose in a roomy plastic bag. Zero communication. Zero personable effort. I’m not saying anything bad… I’m just saying.
