They got in contact with me immediately via Ebay messaging and apologised profusely whilst explaining the problem. I get the feeling they were genuinely disappointed for me, but no problem, the bike's not getting onto the road soon so, as I said in my message, "the quest for the part continues." Great communication - a good Ebayer. :)

Item arrived well packaged (You would think they have done it before) The packaging was shaped to the exhaust so no bouncing around in transit. Was better than expected and perfectly described in the listing. The price was really good compared to others on the market. I was really chuffed with my purchase and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to others really good seller no fuss or bother.
