The earrings are defective and that’s all I needed to have a conversation about. I was told that I have to pay for the earrings to be returned also which would cost more than half of the price of the earrings. The product might be shoddy ,yes, but the pictures are of the actual product and it is a £2.99 product ,so it will not be the quality of big brands jewellery. More than happy to hare refunded if product was sent back, as mentioned in the listing.
