I tried to clean them with break cleaner but still shows they had been used before. I returned to seller and then the seller not even believe that his item, so my advice to seller always sells as you describe it on eBay and watch your employees for what they sent to your customers. Because of this we reported their account. What they sent back was a knockoff with incorrect specs. We did not send them used parts, and we would have been happy to accept the correct parts back, even after use, instead of these very clearly fake knockoffs. Receiving a counterfeit replacement and then getting negative feedback on top of that is unacceptable. Sellers, be aware of this buyer.

As it was being shipped the packing person noticed a small fault in the tool. I was asked if I wanted to cancel my order or accept a partial refund. I have the missing item in my shop and can fix this tool. Value is perfect. Unit is as described. Tool will allow me to repair Mr impact gun and one of my son’s.
