However, before I started the return, I called and spoke to one individual for more details and was told they would call me back. Waited 4 days, then called and left 2 more messages; I never got a return call. Very poor. Also had the exact set of tines listed twice on Ebay. One set was over $45 cheaper than the other, half-price. Confirmed this over the phone!!

The correct item was sent and it was exactly what was expected. The price was fair and shipping was free. The mark of a good seller is when something goes wrong how quickly it is corrected. I would buy from the seller again.

The rings looked great and worked great to reinforce the deck in the spindle mounting area. The shipping was very slow but that was solely on USPS. The seller shipped the rings Priority mail but they were well over a week to arrive but again: USPS. I think my customer will be happy. Thanks.
