BUT when opened, because the company did a SUPER job packing the guitar, it was unharmed! Not a scratch, not a ding! I give them 5 stars...no problem!

Don't expect the same level of fit and finish you'd get in a custom shop Telecaster, but a 12-string Tele is 6x the price. The finish is nicely done, I'll probably take a file or a little sandpaper to the edges of the sound hole to smooth it out, but the electronics all work well and it required very little in the way of set-up (neck and bridge adjustment only - intonation was close enough). For the price I'll probably pick up the Les Paul style next!
