It stands just over 3 feet tall. The item description says it is made of metal iron but it feels more like tin. It takes a moderate amount of wind to get it moving but when it does it is a beautiful thing to watch. Overall this is not a bad buy.

My other garden wind ornaments move quite well at less than half the wind speed.

Other than that item is as described and I would not hesitate to purchase again from the seller.

I know the mailing took longer than expected, but this wasn't the fault of the seller. USPS sent the package all over the place. The seller was great to work with, and very responsive when I had questions or concerns. Flag is very good value for the cost. The condition was fantastic, and the appearance was perfect.
