Also upon arrival of computer the seller lied about its capabilities as it does NOT have Bluetooth NOR WiFi, which was explicitly stated that it came WITH them. There is no type of Bluetooth or WiFi capability. I also sent this with free 2-day shipping upgrade so it arrived on Friday instead of Monday. They demanded free wifi and said the internet was broken - obviously untrue because we loaded the updates with ethernet. An absolute shame on eBay to allow this buyer's false, abusive feedback to stay on our wall.
