Both bows at the bottom of the box, neither of manufacturer’s super thick rubber bands were there to hold her hair in place. Her hair was COMPLETELY LOOSE! They didn’t reply to several polite messages requesting an exchange until EBay got involved, rudely saying, JUST return. Excuse given: bows may have come off in shipping.
