Turntables were thrown in a box that is way too big with literally no packing material. It's a miracle that they arrived intact with all their pieces because they are probably 15-20lbs each. Box was damaged and had a huge hole in the side from them bouncing around. These were cheaper than the competition for same item but you're gambling if you expect them to get to you complete and intact.

I took pictures and initiated a return. The seller offered me a partial refund of $90 that I declined. However, after looking through everything, I put it together anyway and everything was straight and in the correct position. I was only missing 2 concrete anchors. I then asked the seller for a partial refund of $20, and they sent me the $90 anyway! Great seller!
