Seeing as this is a refurbishing business, they know what they are doing! I was prepared for a decent amount of scratches (used, older model, 61 bucks..I was being realistic.) Well, I opened this very well packaged baby and I said, "What scratches?!" They are so minimal you can hardly tell! It also did come FULLY charged and with a brand new cable! Love it! TY! Works great!🥰

Device was factory reset and ready for sign in. The charger that was shipped with the device however had some issues and upon contacting the seller, with pictures of the issue, they shipped a replacement next business day.
