Shipping was a hassle due to them using fedex and not making it clear they were shipping with signature required. They did not include the original power cable and the item was incredibly dusty and scratched for the price charged. The power cord is a standard IEC cable. We do not mention that we include the original apple cable in the listing but these cables are so common that we have never had anyone have an issue with this as they are an idustry standard cable and not exclusive to Apple products. Furthermore, we unfortunately require signatures for package that exceed a certain cost threshold for our protection and the buyer's.
