I did notice that it is different than what’s pictured, the deer head on top is not the same but it’s fine, I almost didn’t notice anyway so all good👍🏻

Attach pendulum and plastic weights, throw in a couple batteries and it’s all set up. Little bird sings at top of hour, but you can silence the clock if you want. It all came in a very secure packed box. The seller shipped it super fast. Very easy and quick eBay transaction. I’ll recommend this seller and the clock to anyone.
