There is no way this machine can be shipped with the legs on and the back box mounted. The back glass is far too fragile. The seller should know this as he claims to have experience with pinball machines. But he does not care one bit about his customer. All he cares about is lining his pocket with my money. He continues to harass me with multiple emails. The preferred option and usual method of shipping games today is Beltmann Logistics, they pickup at your door and transport games whole and complete, like furniture. Games are not disassembled. It is the safest and best way, fully insured, we use them monthly. Outside of this method, this guy wanted it disassembled, on a pallet. We agreed to help, at extra charge. You are the least informed pinball person I have ever ran across in 35 years of this business. The fact that you try to extort people out of hundreds of dollars to prepare a pinball machine with a glass back glass is insane. You claim to be a professional with experience yet don't know that a Bally SS pinball should not be shipped with the head upright or the legs on. You are just pure lazy and try to take advantage of people. Stick to selling your junk parts!
