Initial installation: I connected the amplifier directly to the antenna cable and then to the antenna control unit. Rescanned the tv channels and lost all channels. Normal scan pulls in 30 channels, best scan pulls in 47 channels. I reconnected the amplifier between the antenna control unit and the TV, rescanned and picked up 27 channels. I then adjusted the amplifier gain from high to low, rescanning after every (4x) adjustment with same results.

The seller will send you a bogus UPS tracking number and then order a knockoff item from Amazon and have Amazon deliver it directly, claiming "something went wrong with the tracking number". I didn't get the item I ordered; I just got a cheaper knockoff version of it that I could have bought from Amazon for less than I paid the seller. They're just re-selling Amazon stuff for a higher price. Look at their seller feedback and you'll see the same pattern. Don't fall for their scam!

I had to get out the correct style box to show them what it should look like. Now they are wanting me to take time out of my busy schedule to go mail it back and once they get that to send the other one. O do not have time for that! Poor form!!
