I ordered a specific personalised design, but the seller sent me a completely different design with no explanation. Ordinarily I would have sent it back but I’m in the UK and the order was 100% time critical. I messaged the seller asking them to explain/rectify the mistake but got no reply. Overall, very disappointed.
