Same deal for the adapters fit into the actual a/c unit. It locks into place completely secure. Polmind was very helpful when I asked a question about a different adaptor than this one which he made sure I got the correct one.

Shipping was excellent. Slide rule was as described and in very good condition except the graduations over the full length of the slide do not perfectly match with the fixed part of the scale. It is still very usable to two decimal places. The seller's communication in answer to my concerns about USPS treatment was very good and encouraging so we would not worry!
