It is a used and unlocked iPhone 15 in very good condition by description and that stood true on arrival. It had a scratch on the left upper edge and nothing else. It's a great deal on a phone this new and pink. I will be checking this seller out again for more items.

Overall, fast shipping, great packing, a charging cable is included, and all phones were fully functional and unlocked, albeit with some areas of heavy scuffing and scratches (which the seller describes). Thank you!
