My only complaint was that the seller didn’t answer a question I sent them. I wanted to confirm details about one of the books so I didn’t waste both of our times, but they didn’t reply. I took a chance and the book was indeed what I wanted, so I’m happy. Fast shipping, books were well protected, and a great price
