This definitive collection of works by animation "super-genius" Chuck Jones is an essential document for fans and an enjoyably wacky romp for the uninitiated. Classic cartoon footage is connected via a retired Bugs Bunny (voiced by Mel Blanc), who takes the viewer on a tour of his mansion while discussing the history of "the chase" as a source of entertainment through time. The old footage kicks off with two Marvin the Martian shorts, which showcase Jones's modernistic "space-pad" designs. Daffy Duck appears in "Robin Hood Daffy," followed by the genuinely existential "Duck Amuck."
